For the nomads and adventure souls in me, my itchy feet needs some work to make me feel like I am living my life to the fullest. After all, I would have spent most of my valuable time out in the woods hiking through Patagonia, walking around the mountains in Nepal, if home bound, weekend hiking through Pohono trail, to name a few.
As I am penning this, we are as a society going through unprecedented times of being forced to stay in place and walk only our neighborhoods, instead of taking a flight to take us far away from home, only to take a walk in the remote land…
That got me thinking about walking in general. What a powerful transportation ?! We can live a really meaningful life, just with walking through the parks near home, walking through tough situations in life, walking off the stress by breathing in fresh air…the list is never ending.
Here are my favorite list of walking quotes as I researched the idea of walking. If walking among the woods your thing, check out my tree quotes & tree planting quotes.
